    Payment is by card through Stripe and the credits appear on your account as soon as the payment completes. Psygned is a product of Toarc United LLC, which appears as the seller on your receipt; your card statement will show PSYGNED* TOARC UNITED. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days.

    Questions people ask before they buy

    Is the first document really free?
    Yes. Every new account starts with 1 welcome credit: one document with one signer, including the signed copy and the Certificate of Completion. It never expires and it is not used up by buying credits.
    What does one credit cover?
    One credit sends one document to everyone who needs to sign it, up to 25 signers, in any order. Reminders, downloads and the certificate are included.
    Do credits expire?
    No. Credits are prepaid and stay on your account until you use them. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
    Do signers need an account or pay anything?
    No. Signers open the link in the email, read the disclosure, sign by typing or drawing, and receive the completed document by email. Only the sender has an account.
    Are signatures collected through Psygned legally valid?
    Signatures collected through Psygned are electronic signatures in the sense of the US ESIGN Act and UETA and simple electronic signatures under the EU eIDAS Regulation. Each signer agrees to a disclosure and every step is recorded with a timestamp, device address and a unique signature identifier. Some records still need a handwritten, witnessed, notarised or qualified signature; the terms list the common examples.
    Can I get a refund?
    Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email [email protected] from your account address.

    Psygned is a product of Toarc United LLC, which appears as the seller on your Stripe receipt. Your card statement shows PSYGNED* TOARC UNITED.
