Document workflow
From upload to signed copy
Send a document for signature in 3 steps. Recognised under the US ESIGN Act, UETA and EU eIDAS, with the signed copy and a Certificate of Completion delivered to every party.
Upload the document
A PDF, or a Word file that is turned into a PDF for you.
Place the fields
Drag signature, text and date fields where they belong, one signer at a time.
Send it and track it
Signers get a secure link, no account needed. You see who has opened and signed.
Certificate of Completion
Every signature comes with proof.
A structured record is attached to every completed document, so the evidence travels with the agreement. Every signer agrees to a plain language electronic signature disclosure before the document opens.
Read the signer disclosureWho signed
Signer name, email, IP address and recorded consent.
When it happened
Sent, opened, agreed and signed, each with a timestamp.
Proof it is unchanged
A document ID on every page and a SHA-256 fingerprint.
AI and API
Get it signed without opening the app.
Connect Psygned to Claude or to your own software and let it send the document, watch who has signed and collect the signed copy and certificate for you. Same credits, same record, same certificate.
Read the developer guideAsk your assistant
Add Psygned to Claude, Cursor or any assistant that speaks MCP and say: send this agreement to Jane for signature and tell me when she has signed.
Build it in
A small REST API creates and sends documents from a PDF, reports each signer's status and returns the signed files. One key from Settings is all it needs.
Nothing changes for the signer
Signers still get a personal link, agree to the disclosure and sign. Every document sent this way carries the same evidence and costs the same 1 credit.
Pricing
Simple, and free to start
Your first document is free. After that, buy credits once, from $5 for 20 documents, and use them whenever you like. Nothing monthly, and credits never expire. A pay per document alternative to DocuSign and other subscription e-signature plans for anyone who sends a few documents a month.

Legal standing
Electronic signatures that hold up.
Psygned collects electronic signatures under the US ESIGN Act and UETA and simple electronic signatures under the EU eIDAS Regulation. The law says such signatures may not be denied legal effect solely because they are electronic, and they are used every day for commercial agreements, employment documents, leases and consents.
What can and cannot be signed electronicallyIdentified signer
Each signer is reached through the email address you provide and acts through a personal link that works for them alone.
Informed consent
Before the document opens, every signer agrees to a plain language disclosure. The time and a consent ID are recorded.
Intent to sign
The signer adopts a typed or drawn signature and presses Finish signing. A unique signature identifier is printed next to it.
Record that travels
Times, device addresses, identifiers and the file fingerprint are printed on the Certificate of Completion every party receives.
Questions
Before you send your first document
- Are electronic signatures collected through Psygned legally binding?
- Yes, for the documents electronic signatures are allowed for. Signatures collected through Psygned are electronic signatures under the US ESIGN Act and UETA and simple electronic signatures under the EU eIDAS Regulation, which may not be denied legal effect solely because they are electronic. Each signer agrees to a disclosure, and every step is recorded with the time, device and a unique signature identifier. A small set of records, such as wills and some property transfers, still need a handwritten, witnessed, notarised or qualified signature.
- Do signers need a Psygned account?
- No. Signers open the link in their email, agree to the disclosure, sign by typing or drawing, and receive the completed document by email. Only the sender has an account.
- What does it cost?
- Your first document is free. After that you buy credits once: $5 for 20 documents, $10 for 60, $15 for 100 or $25 for 200. One credit sends one document to all of its signers. Credits never expire and there is no subscription.
- Can Claude or my own software send documents for signature?
- Yes. Psygned has a REST API and an MCP server. Add Psygned as a connector in Claude and ask it to send a document; the signer experience, the record and the price are the same as in the app.
