Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure

Please read this information carefully. By ticking the box that says you agree to use electronic records and signatures, you confirm that you can access this document electronically and that you agree to the terms below. Ticking the box in this electronic form is itself the demonstration that you can receive records this way. 1. What this consent covers This consent applies to this document only, and to the records connected with it: the document itself, the completed signed copy, the Certificate of Completion, and the emails that deliver them. It does not apply to any other document, and each document you are asked to sign through Psygned comes with its own disclosure. 2. Electronic delivery of records The sender has chosen to send this document to you electronically through Psygned. All records related to this document will be provided to you electronically, by email and through the signing page, unless you tell the sender otherwise. 3. Getting a paper copy You may ask the sender for a paper copy of any record provided to you electronically, at any time, including after signing. Contact the sender directly using the name and email address shown in the email that delivered this document. The sender decides whether a reasonable fee applies to paper copies; Psygned does not charge signers anything. 4. Withdrawing your consent You may decline to sign electronically, and you may withdraw your consent to electronic records at any time before you complete signing. To withdraw consent, use the Decline option on the signing page, or close the page without signing and contact the sender at the email address shown in the delivery email. To withdraw consent for future records after signing, tell the sender in writing. Withdrawal takes effect when the sender receives it. 5. What happens if you withdraw consent If you withdraw consent before signing, you will not be able to sign this document electronically through Psygned. The sender may then choose to send you a paper copy, to arrange another signing method, or not to proceed. Withdrawing consent has no effect on the validity of records you have already signed electronically, or on their delivery to you. 6. Hardware and software you need To access and keep these records you need a current web browser, an internet connection, an email account able to receive messages from the sender and from Psygned, and the ability to view and save PDF files. If these requirements change in a way that risks your access, you will be told before the change takes effect and may withdraw your consent at no cost. 7. Keeping your email address current Records are sent to the email address the sender entered for you. If that address changes, tell the sender directly so future records reach you. 8. What is recorded To create a reliable record of the signing, Psygned records the time the document is first opened, the time you agree to this disclosure, the time you sign, the internet address (IP address) and browser your device used, whether you typed or drew your signature, and a unique signature identifier that is printed next to your signature on the completed document. This information appears on the Certificate of Completion delivered to every party to the document, including the sender and the other signers. 9. Your agreement and your signature By ticking the agreement box, you confirm that you can access this document and this disclosure electronically, and that you agree to receive records about this document electronically. By adopting a signature and pressing Finish signing, you intend that the electronic signature is your own, that it is attached to this document, and that it has the same legal effect as a signature written in ink. The typed or drawn image is a representation; what makes it your signature is your action of applying it, which is recorded. 10. Keeping your copy When everyone has signed, the completed document and its Certificate of Completion are emailed to you. Save them. The sender also keeps a copy, and Psygned keeps the record for as long as the sender's account exists, so you can ask the sender for another copy later. 11. Who provides what Psygned, a service of Toarc United LLC, provides the signing service and processes your details on the sender's instructions. The document, its contents, and any questions about it are the sender's responsibility. Use the sender name and email address shown in the delivery email to contact them.
